GABAITI is the first official structure to promote wild game hunted in the Landes. GABAITI is the origin of the word game. In the Middle Ages, GABAITI was falcon hunting. As a hunter and a player in the rural world, I wanted to promote game meat, which had hitherto been reserved for hunters and their families.
