Yum Cha Tea Company was founded in 2015 by Zac Holzapfel, a master tea blender. He also sources the highest quality, single cultivar kava root powder from Island Nations in the South Pacific for Art of Kava Why is there a bee on our logo? Zac has been a beekeeper for just over 4 years. Each year a portion of our revenue goes to supplying new beekeepers with training and equipment. Bees one of the most important creatures in existence and their numbers are dwindling. Encouraging and training new generations of beekeepers will benefit everyone. Read their story
