The story begins in Cap Corse, where my grandmother made her limoncello with lemons from the garden. Recipe inspired by his aunt, then passed on from generation to generation, to arrive today at the 4th generation of know-how. Now located in Bouches-du-Rhône, I go back and forth to Corsica to recover my untreated fruits (lemons, mandarins, myrtles, chestnuts) from small producers on the eastern coast and Cape Town. What is the secret of this unique taste?
