About Harlow's Garden Gifts

Harlow's Garden Gifts is inspired by my love of flowers, creating, and my cat, Harlow. I, Rachel, have spent my life learning new crafts and building my small business into an outlet for my passions. I opened Harlow's Store on Etsy in 2014 selling my handmade steering wheel covers. Over the years I have expanded my passions for creating and opened Harlow's Garden Gifts in 2018.
