A few years ago, we embarked on a real project from the heart, to create a range of beers and spirits in the purest tradition. These two activities complement each other perfectly and the field of exploration of these two complementary universes is infinite... We wanted to work with live and authentic products (fermented in bottles for the brewing part and usually derived from double distillation for stronger alcohols). The raw materials used are local or national and come from organic farming. Our products are unique (each product is unique), we take particular care in the selection of ingredients and the balance of flavors.Read their story
