As a mom of 4 children who have multiple food allergies, I’ve been cooking allergen free since 2004. Not wanting them to feel left out at school activities, birthday parties & social events, I'd make snacks that looked & tasted similar to what their friends were eating, but free of the food allergens my kids needed to avoid. In 2013, I'd gone through a divorce. After being a stay-at-home mom for 17 years, I needed to return to work outside the home. In November 2015, I'd taken to work one of the snacks I'd made for my kids (now known as Classic Bites). Everyone thought I purchased it at a store. I told them the story behind the product. They suggested I should sell it, and I thought “why not!” Inspired by my kids and encouraged by my co-workers, I started the company Safely Delicious, that same day, so I could share with the rest of the world, especially children, the allergy friendly snacks I'd been making for my own kids for years. Safely Delicious, LLC manufactures, packages & sells one-of-a-kind allergy friendly food products, free of Top 11 Food Allergens (wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, mustard, sulfites), gluten-free, vegan, cholesterol free, nothing artificial & no preservatives. We offers two lines of snack products: SNACK BITES: rice-based, sweet & crunchy, made w/ different chocolates & variety of distinct flavors.
