About TY JAUNE

Ty Jaune is the story of a challenge launched by a father to his daughter... The Yellow Ty is designed and manufactured by Sylvaine Le Meur. Basically, her thing is nature and living things, everything that starts with BIO: biology, bioprocesses, biochemistry... what a real Biowoman! And when she is bored during her vacation, her father challenges her to find the recipe for Breton Pastis. Neither one nor two, she set up a lab in her garage and for more than a year, she plunged into bibliographic studies on Pastis to develop a manufacturing process. She tests, she assesses, she misses, she starts again until she finds THE recipe with the perfect balance combined with the little Breton touch that makes the difference. The verdict of his father Jean-Charles is indisputable: “Gast!
