Cacao Laboratory, affectionately known as Cacao Lab, is a company co-created by brother and sister duo Florencia Fridman and Federico Fridman. The siblings were born in Bariloche, Argentina; a small Patagonian town known for its ski resort and for its chocolate. Cacao Laboratory is a New York based social good company that honors the traditions and integrity of ceremonial grade cacao. Through proprietary blends, cacao ceremonies and educational offerings, Cacao Laboratory aims to bridge the gap between modern culture and indigenous communities.
