Hi, I’m Antonella, founder of FaBene — an Italian woman who moved to California with one mission: bring authentic, healthy Italian ready-meals to people who are too busy to cook. (Too busy to cook? Me too.) After years of digestive issues and an autoimmune condition, I discovered how powerful food can be when prepared with clean, high-quality ingredients. That journey led me to earn a Master in Culinary Medicine and to redesign traditional Italian dishes for wellness. At FaBene we use organic ingredients, grass-fed beef, Italian flours (including certified gluten-free), no sugar, low sodium, no seed oils, and clean-label recipes enriched with inulin and cauliflower béchamel for better digestion.
