100% organic oil. Production of organic coconut oil. 450ml glass jar. OAT MEAL AND COCONOUT OIL COOKIES * 110 gr. oatmeal * 55-75 ml. milk * 30 gr. Brown sugar * 15 gr. cocoa powder * 3 tablespoons coconut oil * 1 teaspoon baking powder 1. Crush or grind the oat flakes until you get a fine powder. 2. Mix the ground oats with the cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. 3. Add the coconut oil in liquid state and mix. 4. Add the milk little by little and mix until you obtain a dough that can be kneaded but is still somewhat soft. 5. Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and make the cookies with the help of a cookie cutter or a glass. 6. Knead the cuttings, stretch again and continue making cookies until you have finished all the dough. 7. Bake the cookies at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
