The term "PANOT" refers to the characteristic design of the pavements used in the streets of Barcelona. These pavements have become an iconic symbol of the city and are used as a distinctive and decorative element. The model reproduces the original created by Gaudí in 1904 for the interior of Casa Milà. This first panot, manufactured by Escofet, was green and white, with the drawing in bottom and hexagonal shape. The decoration represents marine elements - a sea star, algues and a cargol - that require the joining of 7 panels to reproduce the complete motif. It is currently the pavement that covers Paseo de Gracia in the city of Barcelonas. The objective was to create a unique and distinctive pavement that would represent the identity of Barcelona.
