The Iberian Chorizo La Chinata comes from Iberian breed pigs raised and fed exclusively on acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña. These pigs boast of being raised in a free-range system on the vast lands of the Dehesa Extremeña and are fed with acorns during the montanera season. The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large quantity of high-quality acorns, and thanks to its vast lands, it allows the pigs to move freely and feed exceptionally well in a perfect climate for their development.
