Sonnema has been drunk from generation to generation. The unique recipe uses gentian root, sandalwood, centigoldenwort, currant leaves, orange peels and other herbs. That's how it started in 1860 and we still do it passionately! Everything is handmade, with care and according to a (secret) family recipe. Because of the spicy bite, Sonnema Berenburg is perfect for the mix or as a base for a delicious cocktail! No gluten is used in Sonnema's production. And we can't imagine it, but if you haven't drunk your bottle of Sonnema after a long time, don't worry. This is because Sonnema has no expiration date, as long as you keep the bottle unopened and in a dark place. However, a change in taste can occur after about 3 years.
