the packaging conditions are deplorable: paper flowers mixed with each other / thrown into the box / stems bent at the top which tore the paper of several stems: I spent several hours untangling the stems, straightening them, and smoothing out the flowers that had been crushed. For stems purchased at this price level, one can expect proper and respectful packaging of the products! I wrote to the brand, which still hasn't bothered to respond….
