Finished block size is 12" x 12" With the permission from Virginia Quilt Museum, I have had the privilege to create beautiful Fabric Silhouette blocks for the Laundry Basket Quilts “Summerfield” Block of the Month Quilt. The majority of the blocks represented in this quilt are reproductions of the 1856 Shenandoah Valley Botanical Album Quilt by Esther B. Matthews. This unique folk art quilt is in the permanent collection of the Virginia Quilt Museum in Harrisonburg, VA. The Virginia Quilt Museum retains copyright of the original quilt and all derivative works.
