Each kiwi is harvested at maturity, then sliced and dried by our producer. Depending on the fruit, the temperature and drying time vary to preserve all the benefits. It takes an average of 6 to 9 kg of fresh fruit to obtain 1 kg of dried fruit. You can enjoy them during a trek, a hike, as a snack, or as an infusion. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. It may darken over time if not stored in a cool place, but this does not affect its taste qualities.
