Okay, so this was created out of complete necessity, my friends, and I love it! Before I leave to get groceries I roughly map out meals for the week. And when I say rough, I mean it. The same breakfast every day, the same 3 meals for lunches and so on. It's very boring, BUT it helps me think through what I need to restock and then I can make my list right there on the edge of the planner. It's super convenient and has been a lifesaver for me. Also, a little trick: you can fold over the Grocery List to the line dividing Friday and Saturday to get a perfect tear-off so you can take your list with you!
