Very difficult to harvest due to its early flowering in February and March, with production being very limited depending on the weather (frost, cold, rain). Light amber in color, floral aroma, with an occasionally bitter touch. Almond honey is highly sought after for being beneficial to the liver, stimulating and improving heart function, blood circulation, and reducing cholesterol, highly recommended for migraines.
