Milk type: Pasteurised goat's milk From: Quesería Valdecabras, Candeleda, Castile and Leon, Spain. Net weight: Half cheese, aprox. 350g Semi-cured handmade cheese from freshly pasteurised goat's milk. Pre-draining curd cheese with a buttery and compact texture. It has some notes of butter, toffee, nuts and a hint of goat milk. Its paprika rind (which you can also eat) gives this cheese an unique smoked taste. Awards: GOLD in World Cheese Award 2021-2022 Silver in World Cheese Award 2019-2020 Bronze in World Cheese Award 2018-2019 INGREDIENTS This cheese is made with natural ingredients only. Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious, and cured with precision. Well-balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, antipasti/tapas, etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose-free goat cheese, tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in Mediterranean meatballs.) Lasts longer than the best-before date, even when opened. All items vacuumed in clear foil. Readable declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)
