Description
Modgy Expandable Flower Vases do everything a glass vase does except collect dust, chip or break. Available in a variety of designs, Modgy expandable vases are durable and stable enough to hold a flower bouquet. Dimensions: 10.25" X 6.25" Materials: BPA free plastic vase. Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) created over 2100 works, within a ten year period. Devoted to his art, it was a lifeline in between psychotic episodes in the last years of his life. In 1889, he admitted himself into an asylum in Saint-Rémy, France. There he began painting Irises, the piece defined by large swaths of blue flowers, orange marigolds, green leaves and red soil. Upon completion, his brother Theo was so taken by the work that he submitted it for exhibition at the 1889 Salon des Independents in Paris. He wrote to Vincent: “…it strikes the eye from afar. It is a beautiful study full of air and life.” This Modgy is a detail from his exuberant work.

Always happy with our Modgy orders! I just wish you didn't use so much plastic in your packaging/shipping. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose, it's a pain to unwrap, and just wasteful/bad for the environment!
