Our organic forest blueberries are collected by hand in healthy mountain forests in southern and south-eastern Europe. They are soaked in apple juice and then gently dried to preserve their precious nutrients. Organic wild blueberries taste delicious all year round as a snack or as an ingredient for cakes or pancakes, mixed in yogurt or muesli. Organic wild blueberries are rich in vitamins, microelements and antioxidants. They contain valuable substances such as vitamin C, E and A, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc. They are processed without the addition of preservatives, artificial flavors, sugar, sulfur and dyes. The gentle drying of forest blueberries at a maximum of 40° preserves their raw food quality and their growth in sun-drenched regions gives them a special, very tasty natural sweetness mixed with a unique berry aroma typical of the variety.
