And every year we harvest this pepper and produce a single batch of hot sauce with it. And then we eat it! This year we made 150 bottles using the 2024 season feature; the 7 Pot Brain Strain pepper. This is a very hot pepper (one pepper is enough to HEAT 7 pots of food), mixed with some papaya, makes for a killer sauce. Be warned this ones a hot one! The products are good, but the packaging is unacceptable. The package is filled with wood shavings for protection, but it also contains fine sawdust, which ends up in the boxes where the bottles are packed. All the bottles are full of sawdust, so you have to clean them all, and since some labels are not properly attached, the adhesive side is also covered with sawdust, making them not stick properly, which makes resale difficult.
