A delicate fleur de sel harvested by hand on the island of Ré between La Couarde sur Mer and Ars en Ré, in the heart of the Ré salt marshes. We added a zest of citrus fruits, lemons and oranges and lime, for a fresh mix, perfect with salads, fish... As always, in a zero waste approach, we package it in a glass container with cork jar. Our new labels are more easily removable in order to easily make a new use of your jar
