Liquid remover (10 ml) allows for the safe removal of eyelash extensions and/or semi-permanent mascara. The Cilong remover allows for the removal of: Eyelash extensions. Eyebrow extensions. Semi-permanent mascara. Technique: Use 2 cotton swabs. Apply a small amount of Premium Remover on one of the cotton swabs. Dab the second cotton swab to slightly remove excess Premium Remover. Hold the lashes between the 2 cotton swabs, let it sit to allow the gel to absorb. Slide along the lashes while smoothing to the tip gently (1 mm from the root). Repeat this process several times until completely removed. Liquid format, faster than gel or cream. Never apply Remover on the skin or in the eyes. If this occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
