Agi’s Caribbean is a family- and women-owned business inspired by the love and traditions of our Agi—which means grandma. We were born out of the desire to bring authentic Guyanese, Caribbean, and Indian fusion cuisine to the global market. Our chef, Ann, grew up in the tiny former colony of British Guyana, where the population is just 800,000. She knew the rich flavors of her homeland—steeped in Caribbean spice and Indian influence—deserved a bigger stage. These dishes are too good to be kept a secret.
