Following the tradition of old Hamburg roasting, we attach great importance to gentle drum roasting. In the 2nd generation, we dedicate ourselves to the roasting craft with a lot of manual work and patience. Through an exquisite selection of green coffee and the special roasting process, we create a more digestible and tasty coffee.
