About Pasteole

A farmer on the family farm since 2003, Sébastien, who is multi-active, wanted to make a living from his activity on the farm for several years. Pasteole was born from the idea of processing cereals and especially of knowing their taste. He produced his first handmade pasta in 2019. He sows, grows and harvests his durum wheat, which he first selected for its taste qualities. The adventure became a family one, recently joined by his wife. It favors local partners: millers, graphic designers, printers... and the short circuit. Why Pasteole?
