DELICATE FLAVORS AND MEDITERRANEAN AROMAS We are a small family business, located in the interior of the province of Alicante. (Spain). Our region is surrounded by mountains and beautiful fields of olive and almond trees. An area that stands out for its wide variety of aromatic herbs. Four generations later, with the intention of not losing our family tradition, we decided to invest all our effort and enthusiasm in making dressings in a traditional way, with 100% natural products, without added preservatives or dyes. Among the more than 28 current flavors, of marked Spanish and Mediterranean character, the fruits and herbs of the area stand out (rosemary, figs, tangerines). Healthy and original proposals such as tomato dressing with basil oil, which mixes oil and vinegar in the same container. Or combinations of products such as Jijona Nougat with Pedro Ximénez or Saffron with honey. Versatile dressings for use in salads, meat or fish. Perfect to accompany vegetables, cheeses, pasta, stews and unique as a base to make delicious sauces in a few minutes. In a privileged environment, we plant, grow and harvest the fruits at their optimum ripeness. Thus obtaining brightly colored dressings, intense aromas and soft textures.
