At the young age of 14, Amador began working in the potato chip industry. But it wasn't until 2004, after more than 30 years in this sector and after gaining a great deal of experience that he decided, with the help of his 3 children, to found his own company. The first steps are difficult, where we practically worked tirelessly every day of the week, since Amador was the one who ran the business practically alone, until little by little he taught and transmitted the art of frying and packaging both our star product, THE FRIED POTATO, and a wide variety of snacks and nuts which were made entirely by hand with the best raw material and the best olive oil. It was not until 2009, and after the great demand received by the company, that it was decided to purchase an automatic packaging machine, and later, in 2011, an automatic fryer capable of producing 350 kilos of potatoes per hour would also be purchased.
