Biscottificio Corronca is a family business founded in 1979 by the two young brothers Rita and Salvatore Corronca. The passion for traditional pastry and commerce has led the brand to become one of the main points of reference for Sardinian artisanal pastry. The basket of each pardula is exclusively handmade, the formation of the amaretto and the insertion of the almond into it are done manually, all the gueffus are formed, sweetened and wrapped manually by our artisans...
