We have created organic flavored cocoa powders ... without flavorings! With only real natural ingredients for more than 40 delicious recipes with a pure and authentic taste. Where does our organic cocoa come from? From the family cooperative, located in the rural regions of Madagascar, which cultivates cocoa trees according to the principles of organic farming, at the heart of the ethical and supportive sector. Our cocoa directly contributes to local development while ensuring total traceability. What species of cocoa? At Kokoa Square, we celebrate the purity and authenticity of exceptional cocoa. We work exclusively with Criollo cocoa, a rare and fine variety, recognized for its naturally complex aromatic profile. Our non-degreased and non-alkalized powder is made without any industrial process or chemical additives: it thus preserves all the richness of the authentic taste of cocoa: slightly tangy, without artificial bitterness. A pure cocoa, respectful of the earth and people, to rediscover the true taste of chocolate. Our cocoa powders are pure: without lecithins, without additives, without preservatives, and without flavorings.
