About Spirits Explorer

Spirits Explorer was born in Cherbourg, in the Cotentin, with a simple idea: to bottle Normandy. As a former passionate bartender, I wanted to create an independent bottling house capable of revealing the local terroir through sincere and creative spirits. Here, nothing is standardized. Each batch is crafted in small series, bottled in Cherbourg, and designed to preserve the authenticity of the raw material. Vodka, gin, rum, whisky, aperitifs... each reference tells a story of a place, a season, a Norman emotion. Our approach is clear: 100% Norman: strong local roots, production and bottling in the Cotentin. Adapted formats: 50 cl bottles for wine shops and delicatessens, eco-friendly 3 L pouches for bars and restaurants. Our slogan – “Norman to the last drop” – perfectly sums up the spirit of the house: characterful spirits, both modern and true to their terroir, designed to be told and shared.Read their story
