About Sapori di Casa

The Nardelli family has cultivated the land and has been passionate about agriculture for several generations. The grandparents and great-grandparents of the young brothers Bernardino and Francesco were farmers, harvesting olives and cherries in the land still maintained today. Thanks to a particular attention to organic farming procedures, Sapori di Casa offers a wide choice of simple products processed and packaged by hand with genuine recipes, inherited from the local gastronomic tradition and handed down through generations. Thanks to the university studies of the two Nardelli brothers, today the company has also added to the cultivation of the food production of jams and pickles, made with zero-kilometer vegetables collected exclusively near Conversano, in Puglia. The company also produces everything necessary for preserves, including extra virgin olive oil. To these are added ready-made sauces, made with local tomatoes boiled immediately after harvesting, pâtés and cherry fruit juices.Read their story
