I received my order that was charged full price and 6 out of the 18 items actually shipped. Waited a week as I thought it may be coming in a 2nd shipment. When i reached out to the company I asked when I should receive as it was not stated as back order or out of stock. I was told they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer that supplies their glass vessels. I requested a refund and have not heard back. If i knew it was unavailable I would not have purchased only one out of the collection.
