Super upset with the communication and quality of these hats. I bought 20 hats. I communicated clearly and sent a whole photo edit of the designs in detail and asked if they have any questions. I emailed them a month prior to see if they could do this they said yes. The threading is terrible. Burnt in some places. Spaced out and uneven. And in the wrong colors. I gave them 2 days to respond before I contacted faire. I resolved it with faire and now they are asking for the hats back.
