This diary has been made out of recycled materials. The book cloth is made from 100% recycled plastic waste of which 55% is from ocean bound plastic. The interior is 100% recycled uncoated paper called NAUTILUS® This diary comes with a paper bookmark that has also been printed on recycled paper. This weekly diary has two different weekly layouts: - a week overview and a bullet page for to-do lists or notes for each week - a time breakdown for each day from 5am to 10pm so you can start practising time blocking as it has a lot of incredible benefits!
