Uses: Drink me: 1:8 ratio with water, 1:4 with sparkling or tonic. 1:3 or 4 with light spirits. Dress me: 1:3 add olive or grapeseed oil or all by itself, Sip me: add to Gin and shake with ice for a crazy cocktail or all by myself like a cordial, its an easy sipper. Experiment and discover. Pairs really well with: Rum….. oh my, what a surprise. And with tree fruit liqueurs, mmmm. Soda water, tonic water, and light oils for salad dressing, yogurt, ice cream. Exciting with light cheese. Does not play well with: Spicy anything, bitter olive oil.
