Description
All the flavor of a traditional Louisiana hot sauce, but with NO heat. We start with mild peppers instead of hot ones, ferment them to perfection, and add just a little vinegar for that classic tang. Perfect on eggs, wings, tacos, anywhere you want a whole lotta zest but no burn. Also makes a great marinade for chicken, and (for the daring) a pretty excellent shot - 1 part Smoooth Jazz to 1 part vodka or tequila. Best of all, it's just three ingredients: peppers, vinegar, and salt.
