It has a seductive scent of ripe strawberries and small wild raspberries. On the palate, a subtle residual sweetness supports the lush fresh fruit and the slightly creamy character and ensures optimal drinking flow. A “Everybody's Darling” with ambition and character. Well chilled, the wine is excellent both on its own and with fish and summer salads. Thanks to its slight sweetness, it also easily takes on chilli hot dishes such as a Thai chicken salad.
