They provide skilled employment to 40 workers including skilled carpenters and artisan painters whose skills give furniture a new lease of life. The work is relatively well paid due to it being skilled work and we have visited them on several occasions and found a well organised environment with a happy workforce. Almost all of the wood is recycled and if any new wood is used then it is from sustainable sources such as mango wood.
