Studded with roasted hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch and nutty finish, it’s a textural and flavor delight. Made from cacao beans grown on our own single-estate farm in the Philippines, cultivated in an agroforestry system and nourished with vermicast and seaweed- and fish-based foliar fertilizers fermented with molasses. Our beans are fermented in santol-wood boxes, sun-dried on raised beds, and handled under strict Good Agricultural Practices—PhilGAP-certified by the Philippine Bureau of Plant Industry. We pair this with premium powdered whole milk from Hoosier Hill Farm in Indiana. Produced in micro-batches and available only through our shop, this 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) is a refined farm-to-bar indulgence for the discerning chocolate lover.
