While I didn’t have time to respond regarding an out of stock item and replacement, Broads reached out immediately and repeatedly to let me know; the substitution was PERFECT! Blankets are super plush and cozy, sheets are soft, colors are vibrant, and a great affordable option for customers. Duvet set is so fun, but did find that the button holes weren’t fully cut, so that added some work for the customer, I figure it was a fluke in production. 🤞🏻 Will definitely order again!
