I spoke to the owners for quite some time via the website about what I wanted and needed. She was very nice and assured me that the product and quality was great. I placed two orders for two cases of candles. Followed the instructions 3 candles burned for several hours and never evened out. All of these candles tunnel no matter what. What customers want tunneling candles. I did get almost all of my money back. Faint smell &wicks not centered.

Great for scent sensitive customers, as these candles have a very gentle/faint scent when burning. Dirt scent was amazing before burning (for the rain obsessed). But I do wish it provided more of a scent when burning; left on for hrs in a medium sized closed room but scent was not noticeable unless when extremely close to burning candle. Same with the other scents. Seller did a great job at guiding through scent options. Great even burning & packaging/labels. Just wish scent could fill the room
