Both orders arrived with several broken pieces. I did not request replacements or refunds due to a major headache trying to get a different company to replace two items after me spending $2700.00 with them that equaled less than $50. As for the quality most items were good. I got the boutique starter kit & regret it because it had many of the “seeing eye” pieces that had glue showing on many parts and cheap plastic beads on the twine part. Overall 4 stars.
