Our centuries-old olive groves are at the base of Mt. Etna, an active volcano in Sicily. The trees are grown in volcanic soil, which is extremely rich in nutrients and minerals. This unique terroir gives the Nocellara Etnea olives a distinct and beautiful flavor. High-quality Olive Oil like Masseria is in very scarce supply and in extremely high demand. You won't find this quality in stores since producers sell out before the olives are even harvested from the trees! Our product is single estate and is never blended or diluted. Packaged in 500mL air-tight, light-blocking tins that are designed to preserve maximum freshness throughout the year.
