We refined it and it became something else . but the genesis remained the same . then consider how much I love chefs and the art of cooking - it became the Michelin star jacket - Michelin being the holy grail for serious chefs . Marco Pierre white as possibly the only exception - he gave his back but remains a giant chef into eternity .
