A blend of Picual, Koroneiki, Arbosana and Arbequina olive oil flavors from Alentejo, Portugal, is incorporated into this bean-to-bar chocolate that brings out floral and fruit notes. Ingredients Cocoa beans, cane sugar and olive oil. Key Procedures Olive varieties of Picual, Koroneiki, Arbosana & Arbequina grown in Alentejo, Portugal are cold-pressed into olive oil with a single origin called “Olivais do Sul”.
