I probably won't order from them again. I ordered at the end of January and their order fulfillment window was February 9th-14th. I tried to cancel the order February 18th/19th & they wouldn't. I messaged them numerous times for a shipping date estimate & no reply. Also, their brand/story don't mention ANYTHING about it coming from an international source, but it came from Asia. Shipping was ridiculously expensive for 13 cups. Finally, I received the order today. Communication needs improvement.
