We had an issue with our order stuck in processing. It didn't show that it was fulfilled or shipped. After trying to contact the brand for several weeks, I reached out to Faire customer service. They were fantastic! They helped us get in touch with the brand and the issue was resolved quickly. Within a week, it was shipped. I will still buy from this brand again as they did rectify the situation and the product is fantastic!!!
