This creature was incredibly swift, capable of outrunning any human or beast, and resided in the forests of Ceryneia. The Golden Hinds gentle nature made them targets for hunters. The Gods feared their blood as their blood could kill the immortal Gods. Zeus destroyed the remaining Hinds with a series of lightning bolts to keep the Gods safe.
